The ValkStabiMax hinge ensures a strong connection between the ValkPushRods and ValkDriveTube.
Thanks to the design, ValkPushRods can be mounted in a way that prevents them from twisting. As a result, the ventilation window is always at right angles to the roof. Allows for extremely uniform ventilation openings. Ensures perfect sealing when ventilation windows are closed. Prevents rack and pinion wear.

The ValkLockPin is used to attach the ValkPushRod to the ventilation window.
Extremely quick to install with one hand. Reliable; ‘click’ means secured. Prevents damage by window push rods that have come loose. Strong, thanks to the use of stainless steel.

The ValkRailBracket guides the ValkDriveTube.
Compact design. Available as a screw version (steel) and a clamp version (steel). Unique wheel design prevents wear on the ValkDrive Tube. A suitable ValkRailBracket available for every truss size. Galvanized Contiflo heavy duty II tube, prevents white rust. Available in two diameters: 27mm and 32 mm. Available in standard lengths. Easy to connect to tooth rack from any supplier. Reduced coupling with flange nut and flange bolt link.

Driveshafts custom-made for every manufacturer's engines and racks. Straight-welded ridges and pinions for a motionless drive. Made of high-quality European steel.
Calculations
The ValkTrussRail ventilation mechanism is calculated completely for each situation using the unique WinTop calculation program, which was developed in partnership with TNO, the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research.
Based on various variables (the geometry of the roof, the maximum local wind load, the required opening angle, etc.), all factors that may affect the system’s reliability are calculated. Such factors include the required structural strength, clearance between the mechanism and the roof structure, and the position of the rail consoles and rack and pinions.
